Barrett Contracts has been appointed as Main Contractor to undertake the full refurbishment of The Lincoln Building; a landmark structure in Belfast city centre. Sonet Communications are pleased to provide data solutions elements of the project.
Located on 27-45 Great Victoria Street, The Lincoln Building dates from the early 1900s and was once home to the Spence Bryson carpet factory (“Corgi” carpets) and most recently key government departments including Land & Property Services. It provides over 61,286 sq ft. of space. Following this multi-million-pound investment, it will boast some of the most modern, state of the art, Grade ‘A’ office accommodation to be found anywhere in Northern Ireland.
